According to developers 13+ ok for Hospital only.

Arizona Sunshine will rain zombies, so if you just want a good shooting adventure in a bright environment this is your game!

Richie's Plank.jpg

Richie's Plank Nightmare Mode is a modification to the game that, at random, introduces sudden scares and imagery. Although we cannot find an official rating, we recommend this for people 17 and older.  However, the video preview (click image) shows a little kid's experience.  Poor kid!

Boxing Apocalypse features an intergalactic fight club in which you are placed in a boxing match with alien creatures.

Slow with random sudden scares.
